Big win for the Under 13's this weekend against the Mighty Bulls team... 32-12 the final score!!! Terrific performance from Shaun Johnson who led from the front in his first game as captain... Backed up big time from the local tackling machine Bradley Clyde!!! If we kept stats on tackles young Brad would have easily cracked the 20 tackle mark for the game... Awesome effort and it goes a long way in helping the team win!!! Both Sam Burgess and Brett Kenny scored two tries apiece with Billy Slater scoring a try as well as kicking six goals... Three of them from the sideline in a great display of goal kicking!!! In his first game for the team Rueben Wiki had a solid start to his season... Ran the ball with great gusto providing valuable metres and committed no turnovers!!! With an outstanding performance Rueben won the players man of the match... Awesome stuff champ!!! Huge win fellas and it cements third place on the ladder... Train hard during the week fellas and good luck for the next game!!!

The Under 6's played gallantly today to hold off the surging Kirkham Stingrays... Winning the game 20-16!!! All points from both teams came from tries as not a goal was kicked all game... We may have to focus in the goal kicking department on Tuesday night during training but before then the big victory today!!! Try scorers were Riley Jones scored 3 tries today all through great passing and teamwork... And both Zac Keller and Cheng Nguyen scoring a try each through some brilliant individual play making!!! Monster game from Chad Pappas who didn't miss a tackle and today's captain Michael Edwards who lead the team well from the start of the game... What about Todd Thames's try saving tackle 2 minutes before full time... Most definitely one of the best try saving tackles in the clubs history and a well deserved man of the match award winner today!!! Awesome awesome awesome tackle Todd!!!

1000 Members... We did it!!! The Narellan Giants are now officially the first league club in the local area to achieve the 1000 members for the season!!! The hard working committee of the club is very excited about this achievement and plan to commemorate this occasion some time throughout the season so stay tuned!!!
