The Under 14's played the Merrylands Vikings at home on Saturday and the Wolfpack was victorious 7-3... Too many highlights to note but some of the outstanding performers were firstly Randy Johnson for pitching a complete game!!! This is the first occurrence of Randy completing a game and the return was 5 hits and 3 runs... Brilliant performance!!! Our catcher Sammy Sosa was perfect at the plate with 4 hits from 4 at bats but didn't score any runs... Hopefully next time Sammy you can turn all those on bases with a few runs to your name!!! Willie Mays was cheetah like around the bases and managed to collect 3 stolen bases next to his name on the stat sheet... Is there anybody out there quicker than Willie??? Ted Williams continues his good run fielding at short stop with once again letting nothing past him... The nickname of "The Great Wall of Greystanes" is befitting for his performance of late!!! Rickey Henderson added to his Home Run tally this season of which is a quite impressive 5... Keep up the smooth swinging Rickey!!! Signing off... Manager Rick "Crash" Davis!!! 

The Under 16's very first game under lights was nothing short of spectacular... The boys won the game 7-5 and did so in the last inning!!! The scenes at the end of the game will be cherished for a long time to come... A 2 run Home Run by Boyd Sumner sealed the deal and the on field celebration afterwards seemed to take an eternity!!! Pictures of the game will follow and a big thank you to the huge numbers we got to the park to support the team... Such was the success of the Night Game, the club is in the process of scheduling more of these games from next season onwards!!! Look forward to the next one!!!

The Under 16's team has their very first night game tomorrow night so make sure you come out and support the team... This team has been together since Under 9's and are very much looking forward to their very first game under lights!!! Full BBQ facilities will be available along with a wide variety of beverages both for kids and adults... Hope to see as man of the Wolfpack out to the park tomorrow night and build an excellent atmosphere!!!

The playing shorts (Pants) have finally been delivered so each of the managers will be on hand Saturday morning to hand them to all the players within their respective teams... Shorts with the new sponsorship logo look great!!!

A lot of questions have been asked in regard to the clubs playing shorts... The events of our traditional sponsor pulling out last month due to unforeseen circumstances the club has had to rush to find a replacement and whilst we have attained another sponsor the printing of the new logo on each of the shorts will take a couple of weeks and will be ready for everyone on Game Day (Round 1)... Stay tuned for the announcement of the new sponsor!!!

The Wolfpack still need a player or two for a couple of the teams... 1 player for the U13's and 2 players for the U14's!!! If anyone knows of anybody who be keen to play please let the club know!!!
